Item 5.02 Departure of Certain Officers and Directors.

EClips Energy Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) (OTCBB: ECET.OB), a Florida corporation focused on energy conservation technologies and environmental sustainability, announced today that Jodi Crumbliss has resigned from the Board of Directors on June 12, 2009.  Ms. Crumbliss also has resigned from her position as Secretary of the Company.
