On May 19, 2015, David Rector resigned from all of his positions with the Company, including Chief Financial Officer and Director. Mr. Rectors resignation was not a result of any disagreements with the Company with respect to the Companys operations, policies or practices.
On May 19, 2015, David Phipps was appointed Chief Financial Officer.
